\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Top management of  <\/span>PT Kuantum Sertifikasi Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as KUANTUM)<\/span> is  <\/span>committed to ensuring impartiality through :<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Implementation of the certification process free from pressure, whether pressure arising from commercial activities or pressure arising from financial aspects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Control risks related to impartiality through identification, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation activities, whether they arise from internal activities or other parties.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. KUANTUM will not provide certification services as long as there is still a threat to impartiality include a request for certification services from a subsidiary of KUANTUM<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. KUANTUM will guarantee that shareholders, directors and all employees have no attachment\/relationship with other companies operating in the ISO consulting sector.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Ensure that all personnel or committees involved in certification service activities must act professionally in maintaining impartiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Ensure that the selected auditors and\/or experts have no relationship with the client to be certified or have at least 2 (two) years passed since the personnel’s last work period working for that client.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. KUANTUM  <\/span>will not provide Quality management system certification services to other certification bodies<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. KUANTUM will not outsource the audit process to a management consulting organization<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. KUANTUM will not certify management systems for clients who have received management system consultation from bodies that have a relationship with KUANTUM, unless the consultation activity has passed at least 2 (two) years since the last consultation<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. KUANTUM Will not certify management systems for clients who have received in-house management system training from KUANTUM or individually contract from KUANTUM personnel, unless the training activity has passed at least 2 (two) years since the last training<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. KUANTUM will not offer or provide in-house management system training services to clients who have been certified as management systems<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. KUANTUM will not offer or provide management system consulting services to any party.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. KUANTUM will not offer or provide internal audit services (2nd<\/sup>  <\/span>party audit) to clients who are undergoing certification contracts with KUANTUM within 2 (two) years since the last service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. KUANTUM  <\/span>will not delegate certification audit services to consulting institutions, however, KUANTUM may use individually contracted personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. KUANTUM will guarantee that it will not be marketed or offered as the same activity as an organization that provides management system consulting.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. KUANTUM will guarantee to correct any inappropriate links or statements by any consulting organization that states or implies that certification will be simpler, easier, faster or cheaper if KUANTUM is used.<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. KUANTUM  <\/span>will not state or imply that certification from KUANTUM  <\/span>will be simpler, easier, faster or shorter, if a specific consulting organization is used.<\/span><\/li>\n
  18. KUANTUM  <\/span>will ensure that it will take action to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from: the actions of other people, bodies, or organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  19. KUANTUM will ensure that shareholders, directors, auditors, experts, external resources, committees and people whose activities are related to certification services must act impartially and must not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. KUANTUM always respond to any threat to impartiality that arises as a result of certification service activities by conducting direct interviews with related parties in order to obtain concrete evidence.<\/span><\/li>\n
  21. KUANTUM  <\/span>will ensure that the Auditor and\/or Expert Staff will not accept any gifts from the client in order to maintain impartiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  22. KUANTUM will comply with laws and regulations related to anti-bribery and other regulations and evaluate compliance with laws and regulations related to anti-bribery.<\/span><\/li>\n
  23. KUANTUM will fulfill the obligation to report\/provide any information if required by regulations and\/or requested by the authorities\/competent parties<\/span><\/li>\n
  24. KUANTUM  <\/span>will guarantee that shareholders, directors, auditors, experts, external resources, committees and people whose activities are related to certification services do not have relationships with clients who could potentially be compromised.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
