<\/p>

A certification mark is a mark that can be used by an organization whose management system has been assessed as meeting the requirements of a standard or scheme provided and certified by PT Kuantum Sertifikasi\u00a0 <\/span>Indonesia.<\/span><\/p>

The KUANTUM Certification Mark can be a marketing medium that <\/span>Clients<\/span> can use to promote <\/span>Its <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>organization and service capabilities, as the KUANTUM Certification Mark marks a clear achievement and therefore offers a competitive advantage.<\/span><\/p>

When <\/span>Clients make references to certification status in communication media such as the internet, brochures \/ advertisements, or other documents, <\/span>Clients must follow the requirements set by PT Kuantum Sertifikasi Indonesia below : <\/span><\/p>

a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>KUANTUM\u00a0 <\/span>will not permit its marks to be applied by certified client to laboratory test, calibration or inspection reports or certificates<\/span><\/p>

b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>KUANTUM Certification Mark includes the standard\/scheme name and standard\/scheme number. This is important not only so that standards are easily recognized and verified but also allows for differentiation if Clients have multiple standards.<\/span><\/p>

c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Below the KUANTUM Logo, <\/span>Clients must write\u00a0 <\/span>the certification number in the space available<\/span><\/p>

d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients may only use the certification mark on activities or services for which it is certified<\/span><\/p>

e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Make sure the certification mark and copy of the results can be read clearly. Guidelines for the minimum size of certification logos will be explained in this document<\/span><\/p>

f) \u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients are not permitted to change the certification mark image, text, and\/or combination, dimensions and sizes must be proportional<\/span><\/p>

g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients may not make misleading statements regarding certification<\/span><\/p>

h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients may not display certification marks on a product or its packaging that could be interpreted to mean that the product has been tested by KUANTUM.<\/span><\/p>

i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients may not use the certification mark on any activity or service outside the scope for which it is certified.<\/span><\/p>

j) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clients may not use the KUANTUM certification mark, following suspension or withdrawal of certification and must cease use of all promotional materials containing references to certification, as directed by PT Kuantum Sertifikasi Indonesia<\/span><\/p>

KUANTUM\u00a0 <\/span>will control ownership on the KUANTUM mark. It demonstrated when conducting the\u00a0 <\/span>surveillance audit and will take action to deal with incorrect references to certification status or misleading use of certification documents, marks, or audit reports<\/span><\/p>

These logo usage regulations are binding and must be fulfilled by the client and are an integral part of the contract. If there is a violation of the use of the certification logo as regulated above, PT Kuantum Sertifikasi Indonesia will take the necessary action<\/a><\/span><\/p><\/div>
